Want to modify or customize one of our oils? PRIVATE STOCK is our exclusive fragrance customization service. Using any fragrance (or fragrances) from our current collection as a starting point, we will create a new, customized formula based on your olfactive ideas, intended use and desired oil budget. Once approved, the oil will be available exclusively to you and can be ordered anytime. Pricing is per fragrance.

In addition to creating a new, unique oil that is exclusively yours, PRIVATE STOCK can also be used to- Combine or adjust existing olfactive profiles
- Modify flashpoints or technical requirements
- Customize IFRA max loads for your products/categories
- Enhance performance in product (such as laundry, candle (hot and cold throw) and reed diffuser compliance)
Please note that PRIVATE STOCK is intended for modification and customization of our existing fragrances only. If you would like to create an entirely new fragrance, please check out our BESPOKE FRAGRANCE service.
Once we begin formulation work, custom fragrance orders cannot be canceled, refunded or changed.

How It Works
1. Secure Your Spot
Order online to secure a spot in our development queue. Orders are processed in the order they are received.
2. Submit Brief
Upon purchase, you will receive a link to complete our online briefing form with details for your project.
3. Evaluate
When formulation is complete, we will send multiple submissions for evaluation and testing in your products.
4. Approve & order
Upon final approval, you will receive a personalized oil code and name. Order anytime!
THE DETAILS

In general, the process typically takes 2-3 weeks to complete.
- Once we have initial information, expect to receive the first round of submissions in 1-2 weeks
- Take as much time as you need to experience and use the samples
- Revisions (if needed) typically take 1-2 weeks to complete, after which we will resend samples to try

The initial payment includes all aspects of development from start to finish:
- Up to 3 unique concepts per fragrance
- Up to 2 rounds of revisions/reworks
- Domestic standard shipping of development samples directly to you
- Customized oil naming and personalized product code
- All safety and regulatory checks/documentation (IFRA, SDS, COA)

The initial payment excludes the following:
- Oil purchases are separate and in addition to initial payment
- Expedited/international shipping of development samples

We will contact you to obtain the information we need to start formulation work, so please make sure contact information is accurate and complete.
- Target oil budget ($/LB)
- Intended use and product categories (can be multiple)
- Oil specifications or requirements (if needed), such as plant-based, biodegradable, etc.
- Olfactive inspiration is optional, come with as much or as little as you like!

You do! We will determine the oil budget before we begin formulation work. If there is any discrepancy between the desired budget and the brief, we will let you know.

- All Private Stock oils are made to order and require standard 2 week lead time, depending on material availability
